From arrival staff was friendly, we noticed its cleanliness. We felt safe and after a quick check in we went into our room which was nice and clean room with enough towels. The area surrounding it, was nice for a peaceful walk, we had no complains Highly recommend it. 👍

Terrible check in …room had outside door. Staff did not provide direction to the room. When we found the door we could not enter because of the security lock. Apparently initial access is from the interior. We were not told about this access point. When I asked, the answer was …I forgot. No apology. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly in the breakfast room

Staff was really sweet but we didn’t get any type of VIP upgrade as promised by Expedia. No issues during the stay, and we thought the mattresses were comfy (we brought our own pillows so unsure of their pillow quality). Overall quite reasonable for the price and would stay again.

The rooms and hotel is very utilitarian. But good for a quick stopover. The shower door was broken and the carpets are kind of grungy. But all in all good enough.

Mostly a good, relaxing and quiet stay. When booking, room was described as having shower/tub combination, but it was a shower only, which was disappointing. Pillows could've been more substantial for better sleep support. Bed was great and the corner room quiet and private. Breakfast buffet was quite welcome. Would book again, so long as tub/shower combo actually is in the room I'm assigned.
