The Experience
On the drive in you'll pass breath taking marsh views and Thunderbolt Marina. Once you arrive, you'll be greeted with ample parking in the large driveway, easy entry with your own front door key code, and a thoughtfully designed space filled with all new furnishings. The rooms were adequate for my family. The cleanness could be improved. We had to vaccum the areadue to all the dog hair.

The entrance was not well kept and the yard needs some attention. The patio door does not close properly and not sealed so there were lizards inside the closed patio. The carpet was not apealing needs some attention. The kitchen was nice, but all the pots pans needed re washing. The bedroom with the four beds the two beds are on the ground and any crawling bugs can get in beds. The appearance online is older picture and not what is present. The ping pong paddles were peeling and in poor condition and the game room full of dust and only one light was working so it was rather dark. In the corner by the door to the game room was old non working game and needed cleaning up and sweeping. The landscaping needs lot attention. The house felt damp. Also, i would suggest the cleaning ceew wash towels cause not every person that stays will wash properly on their exit. Asking guest to put towels in wash and start machine does not guarantee hot water and bleech was used . I say this because the towels were dingy.

The house was clean and in a nice quiet location. Close to the beaches and shopping centers. The host(s) were very accommodating and had everything that a family would need for a weekend beach getaway. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us for the weekend.

Overall great experience

Overall a great experience and would recommend. Had challenges with checkin (the door wouldn’t open and the managers didn’t return our call until the following morning), but once that was resolved, it was a great place to stay. Excellent location, clean, and my kids loved the game room! The game room is a plus!

Christmas in Savannah

My niece and her family recently moved to Whitemarsh Island. This house was perfect. It was close to my niece and close to Savannah and Tybee. There was room for all of us, the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house was even decorated for Christmas. We had a wonderful stay.

Baseball/Beach Trip

We came down for Savannah for a week long baseball tournament and vacation. The house was in the perfect location and fit the 8 of us comfortably. Plenty of things to do/see, groceries stores, and restaurants nearby. Make sure to stop by Davis Produce at the end of the road! Loved that we felt like we were at home, but on vacation. And the kids loved the game room!
