It was over all run down and dirty. The ceiling tiles were stained and out of place. The ice machine was broken Also, the elevator dirty and old and they painted over the stainless steel panels and it’s all scratched up and peeling. The door key cards never worked properly and had to be replaced 8 times. There was trash all over the grounds up against the chainlink fence. Now for the room. Yes, we were in a pet friendly room but I would still expect it to be clean before we arrived. The beds were clean and comfortable it that’s it. It smelled horrible. They were obvious humidity issues because they left Damp-rid buckets on top of the cabinets. The bathroom was clean but old and worn. It was missing tiles, missing faucet pieces and just needed a complete overhaul. Basically, the room was like staying in a kennel. My dog doesn’t shed, is house broken, obedient and clean, so I expected better. It was obvious that they don’t deep clean these pet friendly rooms. Oh and the tv didn’t work and maid didn’t speak English. But, hey the AC worked.

I did not expect this from comfort suite. I been to other comfort suite locations and my experience was overall good. Why I am writing this because this location I see couple of issues. Microwave was dirty unusable. Bathroom door did not have lock. Room did not feel like it’s cleaned properly. Bathroom towels were not fresh. On doors paint was off. Elevator sounds creepy like a horror movie. Good side: staff were friendly and helpful. Location is convenient if you are passing Savanah GA and need place to sleep

Bed uncomfortable, condition of hotel is not even close to what is portrayed in their listing, holes in the ceiling with buckets below to catch water. Foul odor in hallway and room. Shower curtain dingy and ripped. Very rundown once you get past the lobby. If it wasn’t the weekend before thanksgiving and we just needed somewhere to stay for one night while traveling to family I would have went somewhere else. The price they charged was extremely high when compared to the condition.
