The check in staff was very poor mannered and didn’t care at all that they messed up our reservation. Didn’t even tell us until we discovered our room was wrong. Then proceeded to tell us she couldn’t do anything even though our room still showed avail on their site and Hotels.com site. I believe they are renting the room for cash and telling reservation holders that the room isn’t avail. Why else would 5+ king rooms not be avail when the site says they are? We got upgraded by Hotels.com to another Marriott across town and it was fantastic! The agent who help over the phone was incredible. This overall experience though may push me to use my Bonvoy/Marriott site directly going forward, instead of Hotels.com

I really enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff were wonderful and really made me and my mom feel welcome. Room was comfy, slept well and so close to everything we wanted to check out. Would def stay again.
