Newly renovated cottage on the South side of Savannah. Beautiful Cafe appliances, new GE Washer/dryer, New walk in showers, sitting tub in the master bath, walk in closet. It is truly a comfortable cottage with a screened in porch. Very quiet neighborhood off the beaten path.

Patricia is an excellent host. The house is clean and decorated nicely. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The house was well stocked. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. We visited downtown Savannah while staying, so its a great location to getting there and the historical forts.

Our weekend was scheduled busily with activities that got washed out due to weather. We spent the weekend at the cottage with our grandchildren and had room to spread out and room to play. We spent time watching movies and just sharing valued time together.

The Cozy Cottage in Savannah, GA is the best home/cottage that we have stayed in during our travels, and we have stayed in several VRBO homes/cottages. This cottage was set up perfectly from the super comfortable beds to the updated kitchen. The cottage was very clean and easy to access. We sat out on the screened in porch and had breakfast and dinners, it was amazingly peaceful, and the breeze was awesome. The cottage is located in a quiet area that is close to anything you would like to do, the beach, nice restaurants, Bass Pro, Black rifle Coffee and Nine Line Tee shirts. I have already recommended this Cozy Cottage to some friends who what to visit the area. Our host Patrica was the best, if we needed anything she was available and had everything set up with easy instructions about our stay at the Cozy Cottage. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Savannah, GA for your stay. David and Tammy - Arkansas

This house was exactly what we need when my adult daughter and I travel. Everything we needed was there. Convenient location! Adorable cottage and so nicely redone as a vacation rental! We would definitely stay there again.

Cozy for sure!

What a lovely place! It's the the perfect spot where you are only 20ish minutes to either downtown or the outlet mall. It was refreshing being at a house that didn't give me a laundry list of things I have to do before leaving. The neighborhood is quiet and right across the street from target and a movie theater. It was a great place to celebrate our 20th anniversary and husband coming back from deployment! If we come back to Savannah would stay here again!

The Cozy Cottage

This place is amazing if you want to relax and just enjoy time away. We spent our 10th at wedding anniversary here and we loved it. The house was perfect size and that back porch, AMAZING!!! Patty was great to respond to our questions. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed and more. It is close to everything but secluded enough to be peaceful no matter what time of day. If we are ever in Savannah again, we will stay here hands down. If we could give more stars we would.

Dreamy Cottage

This place was exemplary – completely remodeled and beautiful inside. It felt like home. Almost everything we needed was provided. We just had to buy the food. Our host was so very gracious, responding to my millions of questions and concerns. She made sure we had a lovely time. Savannah is beautiful and this is such a nice getaway nestled in a wooded subdivision. Highly recommended.
