The Accommodations

The neat front porch and brick exterior of the Crawford Estate belies the deluxe accommodations you will find within. A four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom property with a private courtyard, dedicated parking and a whopping 3,108 square feet of living space, you won't find any other Savannah vacation homes that can compare.

An open floor plan on the main level, built-in bookcases and a decorative fireplace in the living room, formal dining plus a light-washed breakfast nook are some of the sumptuous features that greet you as you first walk in the door. Professionally decorated to make the most of light and color, the Crawford accommodations seem to be straight from the glossy pages of House Beautiful.

The main floor also contains a fully outfitted kitchen, which includes lovely glass-doored cupboards, a gas range, microwave, roomy refrigerator and a countertop coffee maker. The drawers and cabinets are filled with all of the dishes, glassware, cookware and utensils you might need to prepare gourmet meals for your entire crew.

Just off the breakfast room, a generous, covered back porch offers a place to wind down with your favorite beverage as the air begins to cool. Just beyond, your private, brick-lined courtyard awaits with verdant landscaping and privacy.

On the second floor, two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, offer accommodations for four. The master suite features a fabulous king-sized sleigh bed, bedside tables with lamps, a dresser with a flat-screen TV and a desk for your computer. The attached full-sized bath boasts a romantic jetted tub for two. The second bedroom has a bath with a glass-doored shower.

Although all of the squares originally had fences, Crawford has the only one remaining. This east-side square was established in 1841, with the surrounding neighborhood taking shape around the mid-century. Nearby, you can tour the Colonial Cemetery and historic police barracks dating to the 1870s.

Catch the free Historic District shuttle bus at Crawford Square, and venture farther afield around the city. If your visit includes a Saturday, be sure to head to Forsyth Park's weekly farmer's market. Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you're traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
