I love this hotel! I only have two complaints. We had our “do not disturb” sign on the door and the cleaning staff still knocked and came in. The other thing is that we were waiting in the lobby for our room to get ready (which was fine because we requested a specific room and the staff was very accommodating). We had our bags on the luggage cart and an employee approached us and when we told him we were on and didn’t need his help he proceeded to confirm that our room was ready. I told him we didn’t want to any help and he said that it is his job and that he has to do it. He said that was the only reason he was working that day. I had tipped the valet so I didn’t have any cash so I already felt awkward. When he ran into my Husband on the way out of our room he commented that I didn’t take care of him. I DID NOT WANT HIS HELP. I think that was very unprofessional. Over all I love this hotel and have stayed here for the past 3 years. I have never had this happen before. I will definitely be back.

We loved our stay here! The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean and a little more spacious. I appreciate that they have clean soap, shampoo and conditioner. The location was great and we walked everywhere we went. I would definitely stay here again!
