This beautiful second floor townhome has everything you'll need to feel like a true Savannah local. This amazing home will meet the needs of 4 Lucky guests. You’ll enjoy front door access to Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest park and popular location for weddings, music and food festivals.

Enjoy a little “me time” curled up on the couch with a good book, or catching up on your favorite shows. The living room is complete with a Queen size pull-out sofa bed, a 37" flat screen tv and DVD player - plus a bonus library of DVDs for your enjoyment. The bedroom has an additional seating area to enjoy people watching, reading a book, or just enjoying the 50” television. When it’s time to get some shut-eye, slip between the sheets of the luxurious King sized bed. Come morning, you’ll be ready for a whole new day of exploring Historic Savannah.

Start your day of exploration with a walk across Forsyth Park to nearby Sentient Bean for coffee and a scone. Afterwards, head to Monterey Square for some antique shopping at Alex Raskin Antiques, or a tour at the infamous Mercer-Williams House. This beautiful little place was located perfectly. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were awful. The floors were very dirty and there were a few dead bugs in the bedroom. Lovely pre-war apartment that's walkable to everything. Quiet, good AC, excellent shower pressure and comfy bed. The hallway/stairs would be greatly improved if there was a light to see the door and keep pad on the 2nd floor, but otherwise a great stay.

Property is beautiful in historical building. It’s directly across the street from Forsyth Park. Parking was free and easily available. Close to some attractions/sites within walking distance. We rented a car and we’re happy to have it for longer distances. However, we also took the trolley which had nearby stops. Property was immaculately, clean, and exactly as described. Easy check-in and easy checkout. Would highly recommend this property for a stay in Savannah.

Perfect for our trip

The apartment was just what we needed for our quick visit to Savannah. We found it to be clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location is great - it was nice being so close to the fountain and it wasn’t too long of a walk to other prime locations. Glad we chose this over a hotel. We’d definitely rent through Lucky again!

Perfect location; lovely view

Overall: We had a great stay and would stay again. The location is perfect. Lovely view of Forsyth Park. Entry was straightforward, and directions clear for accessing the unit. Stairs are steep and narrow but there is a solid handrail to hold onto. This is easily remedied, but I was surprised to find there was no hand soap (not in the bathroom or the kitchen — had to choose from dishwashing detergent or shampoo). The thermostat enabled us to adjust temperature to our liking, which we like. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices. There was noise from Whitaker St. traffic, but that’s to be expected given the location. Bed is VERY comfortable; bed linens solid too. Unit is nicely furnished. I really liked that they provided a Savannah map. Did I mention the excellent location and the lovely view of Forsyth Park? We'll be back!

Cozy flat in prime Savannah location

The flat exceeded my expectations in every way. The view of Forsyth park and the large live oak outside of the master bedroom was the highlight of this cute, cozy, well-appointed space. Very walkable to the entire Savannah historic district. Lots of restaurant and shopping options close by. Parking was a dream. The only downside was the traffic noise on the main thoroughfare by the park, but it quieted down at night and didn't disrupt our sleep. I fell in love with this little flat and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A beautiful apartment and what a location!

The location was PERFECT. The unit was clean, the bed was so comfortable. Our only "complaints" would be that the shower handle needs to be replaced, and the bedding needs to be professionally laundered or replaced. Overall would absolutely recommend this rental.

Spacious and bright with Victorian charm!

Adorable for our 3 day stay! Decor and ambiance simply delightful. Super clean and VERY thoughtfully appointed. Sofa bed sheets missing upon arrival that night...Lucky Savannah responded promptly. Comfy, quiet living room with Savannah themed DVDs galore. DVD remote not working. Sofa bed good, king bed Heavenly! Nice bath linens aplenty in cute bathroom. 2nd hand towel would be most appreciated. Complimentary provisions in cabinet (things you might forget). HOT water with good pressure, but shower control handle needs replacing (fell off in hand...able to reattach). TP holder too loose. Kitchen VERY well outfitted with everything except dish drying mat, spray cleaner (bought Spic and Span) and laundry detergent/dryer sheets. COLD water is HOT? Dryer belt needs fixing. Light over kitchen sink not working. Tiny back balcony view is SO urban chic with court greenery below! Be careful not to slip there or on front stoop if wet. Easy entry/exit. Free parking on Bolton. Excellent 2nd floor walk-up, Lucky Savannah! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Cute but needs a little love

First of all, GREAT LOCATION!!!! Now for some things to consider. There are absolutely no smoke detectors anywhere. It's Georgia law to have a working smoke detector on every floor. That to us, especially with an older unit, raises red flags. The cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. The dust is piling up. The baseboards, fans, floors, etc. need a heavy-duty Swiffer. The vacuuming by the cleaning crew??? They need a new vacuum, or the owner needs a new cleaning crew. The freezer smelled so bad like fish, that we had to run to the grocery store and buy baking soda and then toss all the ice and clean it and the freezer. The property manager was responsive with two issues--the shower and toilet seat. Thank you for his attentiveness. The bed was super comfy. The comments about the traffic outside were spot on. And if you don't like sirens screaming by in the middle of the night, this is not your unit. All three nights that happened to us. The outside needs some TLC and paint. Half the windows were unlocked, the paint needs to be redone professionally with more bright colors (this place is dull, boring and drab compared to the neighbors). There were no instructions for the television (Roku doesn't provide local television) and the entrance keys were confusing. Awesome location with LOTS of potential. Would we stay again.? Maybe. We can overlook a lot of things, but the lack of smoke detectors needs to be addressed.

Forsyth Park Historical House

This house was exactly like it was depicted and reviewed online. It faces Forsyth Park and the views from the master bedroom look out into the oaks and Spanish moss. Walking the perimeter of the park is a beautiful way to start the morning. Then take Bull St straight down to the river to see historic neighborhoods and squares. Great location to get to everything! The check in and out process was very easy. We never saw or heard anyone else during our stay. This unit is located on the second floor which is up a steep set of stairs. Probably not the best idea for kids or anyone unsteady on their feet. The unit itself was very spacious. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make small meals. Great to have a washer and dryer. Overall, we loved this spot and would definitely stay here again!
