The breakfast was cold, no matter what time we ate. Cold, not just not hot. The room was clean. I liked having coffee or tea 24/7. The only person who seemed friendly was the concierge who helped us with the tours.

Great location. Unfortunately this is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights, the AC was having “major issues” as the staff person told us when we asked why our room wasn’t cooling off. Long story short the AC never worked in our room. We definitely will be returning to Savannah, but we will not be staying at this hotel.

We had a nice clean room for the 3 days we stayed. Areas around the property seemed a bit sketchy so make sure to keep aware and vigilant when walking around after dark. We didn't get to use the pool or fitness center but they seemed clean.

The location of this hotel is terrific. It is right across from a lot of activities on the waterfront. You can get a waterfront view that shows the Savannah convention center. There are lots of boats going. A city parking garage nearby if you don’t want to pay $48 a night to valet your car. But best of all is the staff. The staff is wonderful here. I want to thank Raquel, Aby and Sharyn. These were the front desk ladies that were always so helpful and kind. They were so sweet to everyone you could tell they really enjoy their jobs, and they’re very good at it. I would give this hotel a high rating. I had a maintenance issue. The maintenance man came. He was so polite and helpful. I stayed here four days so I think I have a pretty good idea of what goes on here. So I’d recommend this hotel. It is geographically it’s in the middle of a lot, but not in the main area of town where so noisy and more congested. A lot of roads are closed for work on the street so it’s kind of hard to get around. You have to know which way to go because there’s a lot of one-way streets. and congested you can’t do much .amazalso.

This place was a great pick! Right in historic downtown, walkable to so many restaurants, shops, squares. The trolley picks you up across the street for the tour of the rest of downtown. You can purchase tickets in the lobby. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The roof top pool has a stunning view! Breakfast by Gail was delicious. When we got there they had water gushing from the ceiling in the lobby. Everyone was very appoligetic and did all they could to get it fixed quickly. The water was off for a while but it wasn't too long. All in all it was a lovely time in Savannah.

We had to go back to the lobby twice (different days) because our key cards didn’t work and our room was on the 6th floor. I wish we would have a coffee machine in the room. Bed was great and husband appreciated the large TV. Breakfast was alright. The egg station was empty most of the time. The pork sausage links were good. There was only sugar free grape jelly. There was no cream cheese. Coffee machine was great. Great location.
