The hotel was fine..clean and quiet.. My issue is the staff did not return the deposit..i was told initially i will receive the deposit within 7-10 business days.. at that point i was instructed to contact cust serv. But the # rings once then disconnects.. i have yet to receive my deposit and will not return to this location

The room definitely needed some TLC. The table something chewed the heck out of the bottom of it. The couch had a huge bleach spot on it, and a huge bleach spot on it. The bathroom definitely had water damage issues that they patched and repainted. They said it was a king bed but it wasn’t it was a queen. Not worth the money to stay there when there are nicer hotels in the area.

I always stay here when I come to Savannah. The rooms and common areas are always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful and the breakfast is always great. Highly recommend!

Rough was neglected. Shower drain was slow so I showered in a puddle. Stains on the couch, bug on the floor, furniture looked like a dog ate it and spare pillow had a yellow stain on it. I was disappointed, rooms need some work. Staff was excellent though

Wonderful staff person coming off the night shift

The night staff person was excellent. We had to catch the 6:00 am shuttle and she went out of her way to put together a "to go" bag of fruit, muffins, etc. I drink tea which is terrible with hot water that has been sitting in a big container. She got me steaming water to use to seep my tea. Never have I gotten this kind of personal service at a hotel.
