4 bedroom home with new Media room located between Savannah and Tybee Island.

This is a low country style, 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home located on Whitemarsh Island, which is centrally located between Savannah and Tybee Island on highway 80! The home boasts a new media room complete with large screen TV and a record player to suit family time. A large, well lit, screened in back porch overlooking a private back yard to spend the evening enjoying the night sounds of cicadas or to start a fire for roasting marshmallows in backyard fire pit. The kitchen has been updated with quartz counter tops, a cushioned breakfast nook with pillows, and a new coffee and drinks station. Both full bathrooms have been updated with new tub/shower, and vanities. There are also beach chairs and towels ready for the quick 11 mile drive to Tybee Beach for the day!

Location was marvelous. In between all the locations that we wanted to visit. Would’ve liked to spend more time in the backyard, but had colder weather. The house had all the amenities that we needed. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean.

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood

The home was very clean and very comfortable during our stay. Almost every day it was over 100 but inside it was a nice and cool 72. The host even provided a lot of additional appliances, such as crockpots and a few other things that a lot of host do not.

Beautiful & Peaceful Getaway in Great Location & Well Stocked House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. I have rented many VRBO's and I was very impressed with all the little details. The host also responded quickly to our messages before and during our trip. She also provided all the little things anyone would need to live here during a vacation. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, paper products, laundry supplies, and basic little things you might need but wouldn't go out to buy for one week. There were night lights throughout the house, beach chairs/towels/small cooler, etc.We also really loved the screened in porch to sit and drink our coffee while watching the cardinals and blue birds in the back yard and then used it again in the evening to play games or eat meals.The location was also fantastic being centrally located to so many places. The only reason I didn't give the location and neighborhood a 5 star is because one neighbor's yard is an eyesore. Some of the houses in the neighborhood have curb appeal like this one while we noticed many others are being renovated while a few could stand to be improved upon. But, the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe so it wasn't an issue for us.We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

Great stay!

What a perfect house for my two sisters and myself for our annual sister vacation. It was perfectly located between savannahs historic district and Tybee Island. We each slept great in our king sized beds and when my daughter and son in law visited from Jacksonville, there was plenty of room for them too. We enjoyed the screened in back porch in the evenings and loved playing cards with the giant deck from the game closet. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable house

Overall it was a very nice stay. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very well appointed with towels, dishes, sheets, etc. It was very nice having everything we needed. The location was perfect for us, as it was within minutes of our family we were visiting. There was also a grocery store and very good diner within a few minutes drive. The neighborhood seems to be up and coming still, but we never felt unsafe.

Great location and communication with host was great. Had a small appliance issue and host was easy to get in touch with and quickly got a tech out to the house for a quick repair. Host even brought us a back up option until tech was able to arrive on-site to repair the appliance.

Savannah & Tybee Island Spring Break

My wife, son and I spent our Spring Break week here in Savannah. The house is centrally located in the middle of Savannah and Tybee Island about 10 to 12 minutes from each of these areas. The house has a nice backyard area with a firepit and a screened in porch.

Thanksgiving Trip

The property itself was as described. The location was perfect for what we needed and planned to do. Check in/out process was very simple. We got notification that the house was early several hours prior to check in time, which was a nice bonus. The livingroom furniture is different from what was pictured but was still comfortable. I do wish the windows had screens and the thermostat wasn't locked out (which I understand from the power bill stand point). When we first arrived the house was warmer than we like so we opened the windows to let the cool air in. We couldn't turn the heat off so if it was cooler than 70 i dide, it ran and made the upstairs stuffy. ***The major complaint, which is not the owners fault, is the house next door (garage side). The house was very run down and junky. There was trash and random item strewn from the front to the back yard. A heaping pile of trash (household items) piled at the end of the drive between the driveways. The small children were very loud and as we drove up, they were beating some broken down cars in their driveway with bats. They were screaming at each other in and out side of the house. This made us feel a little uncomfortable with our cars parked right beside their driveway. Some neighborhood "rules" would definitely help this situation. Otherwise the rest of the neighborhood was fine.

We are frequent VRBO patrons. This house was exceptional. Patricia, the host, supplied her beautiful home with all of the amenities and more that a weary traveler could ever think of. Her home was spotless and smelled beautiful. The backyard lanai with warm cozy lighting looked out to a welcoming fire pit in the privately fenced-in backyard. Healthy plants, quaint pillow-stuffed window seats, plentiful silverware and dinnerware, appliances, beach towels, beach chairs, body wash, comfy bed linens and even a welcome bottle of wine on the counter were all part of this hospitable host’s exceptional signature.
