Luxury New Modern Townhouse With Parking Spot!

Newly constructed townhouse with a private reserved parking spot! This gorgeous house is steps from the major downtown grocery store, a few blocks from Forsyth Park and under a mile to the River. Your group will enjoy a gourmet high end kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook and eat at home.

​​​​​​​This home has a private back courtyard, private full size laundry machines, beautiful modern bathrooms and designer furniture with local art throughout the home.

The master bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in tiled shower.

Bedroom 2 has two Twin size beds Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed. Those bedrooms share a full bathroom with combo tub/shoer, conveniently accessible to both bedrooms as it is located off the hallway.

The living room has a Full size pullout sofa bed (linens provided). The home allows a maximum of 6 adults as of 2018 but accommodates extra children, please inquire to ensure this is a good fit for your group.

The location is within walking distance about 20-25 mins to all the major sights. The outside noise is INCREDIBLY loud at night especially when sleeping in the master bedroom king room. Ear plugs won’t cut out the noise! The house is decorated very pretty but the place it self is very worn down. The couches were dirty and didn’t really want to sit on them. ALL the walls in the house are dirty and scratched everywhere. Especially the entire stair case walls. The kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets pretty but again worn out and dirty with food on them. The master bathroom shower has A LOT of mold on the floor and in the corners. The beds are NOT comfortable either. I think for the price there are better options out there.

Such a wonderful home! Our family came to Savannah for the first time this January to escape the freezing temperatures of Atlanta, Georgia. We loved all of the conveniences of the house that the owners had to offer us; coffee, warm blankets by the couch, all the kitchen supplies you would need for a nice meal at “home”. The location is great as well. There is a coffee shop around the corner that is so cute and friendly and Kroger is on the next block over too. The house is located right on the street and there is some traffic noise. However, we were not bothered by that at all. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this beautiful home!

Home is well decorated and welcoming. Private parking a definite plus. All needed supplies were present and there is a grocery store only a block away. Comfortable beds in all the rooms with extra blankets in closets. Lots of hangers also,and drawersfor clothing. Ideal location that was 10 minutes or less from local historic sites and parks. Excellent coffee shops nearby. Nice walkable neighborhood. Was lovely and will definitely stay here again.

The house was great, the city is a must for anyone interested in history and architecture. Getting the two day parking pass for the city is very helpful. There is. Kroger store within walking distance as is Forsyth Square. I would warn people with limited mobility that the three bedrooms are on the second floor, 17 steps to the top.

Everything was neat, clean very tidy very well stocked. Only concern was it was right on the edge of the historic district and a bit more street noise than I would’ve wanted. But overall, our say was wonderful. The house was fantastic. The townhouse itself was great!

Great Townhouse and location!

Easy, easy , easy!! Great townhouse and location. Kroger is a 3 min walk away, Forsyth Park is an 8 min walk with 2 nice restaurants on sight and plenty to do at the park for kids.The only negative is the road outside the townhouse can be loud at times but I am being picky. Will definitely stay here again!!

Savannah Girl's Trip

We had a fun four days in Savannah. The house was like new and the location was great for us. The house is about a three minute walk to Kroger (and Starbucks), 10 minutes or less to Forsyth Park and 30 minutes give or take from the river. Likely quicker if you aren’t stopping for pictures or shopping. We took an Uber a few times but walked a lot. One of our favorite parts of the trip was walking back to the house in the evenings (after dark) through the squares. Very peaceful and we always felt safe. Highly recommended. We will be back and would stay in this house again.
