Beautifully furnished two-story home with lots of character! Screened porch and backyard were lovely. Well-stocked kitchen for the size! The master is in the front of the house (glad it worked that way for our kiddos), but it was noisy at night for us suburbanites. Overall would recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good experience. A few items of note: the upstairs shower was pretty unusable due to problems with the shower head and the water pressure. We had to use the downstairs shower only, even though everything we needed was upstairs. There was a good deal of street noise. Had we known we would have brought earplugs. A small basketful would be helpful.

Very welcoming, great house. Anderson St is a little busy at rush hr & the stairs are steep and long but yard was great, location is great, house was very comfortable with updated bathrooms. AC and heat (yes, used both due to a sudden coldfront) worked great. Very pet friendly which was awesome.

Off street parking was great, but there were spots on street. Good AC upstairs. Disappointed there was only ONE hanger in the entire house. Also one cockroach killed in kitchen but not because of a cleaning issue! Steep stairs as noted but a great screened in porch. Maps and brochures were discovered in DR hutch, and were helpful. Trash and recycling were in the alley but we had to hunt for them. A binder with that type of info would have been great. Walkable restaurants. A surprising amount of traffic on the street, but the back of the house was very quiet. Safe during the day but homes with window bars in the neighborhood. No ghosts haunted us lol!

Clean. That is always most important to me. Located on a busy street so if you are a light sleeper that might bother you but it didn’t bother us.
