The 1800’s home has been converted into 6 condo units. You’ll be staying on the 1st floor so there are no steps to climb. The spacious bedroom has a King size bed for your comfort. The apartment has the original heart of pine floors and we have also infused what we hope is a sense of comfort, fun and style to make your stay memorable. Comfortable, convenient

The apartment is nicely furnished, and the kitchen is adequately stocked. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated sufficiently. The bed is comfortable and firm, and suitable linens are provided. The air conditioning keeps the apartment comfortable. The walk to Forsyth Park is convenient. This is a ground-floor unit, and movement in the apartment above. A funeral home is located directly across the street, which meant there was much traffic movement on Friday evening and Saturday morning for events-including the beeping of horns and loud, vocal directing of traffic starting at 0800 Saturday morning. The funeral home events also impact the availability of on-street parking. This classic building has interesting historical elements, architectural charm, several outdated features, and interesting aromas.
