When I first checked in, I had to check in one night earlier. The woman at the front desk gave us a master key. I happen to go to room 211 which is what she said originally. When we looked at the card it said 216. However the room to 211 opened with the key. We immediately knew it wasn’t ours bc it had a king bed. When we went to room 216 it also opened. My daughter said open another one just to make sure it’s the key. And I did it opened up. We told the front desk. The woman kept saying it’s a master key. You should have only went to your room. That is very unsafe. The room We stayed in for the one night had a horrible musty smell. I told the front desk I should be compensated they said reach out to Expedia. The next night we went into a suite. It was nice however the shower did not work. I reported that as well. Need less to say we left early.

My familys experience at this hotel was not a good one, when we arrived it was father's day, so they had an event in the dining room,so there was not dining available for the guest of the hotel,we were hungry and since Chek in was at 3p.m we thought we'll get something to eat , but when we went upstairs to the dining room, we were stopped and told that we had to have a reservation, we explained to the server that we didn't know that we needed a reservation she suggested that we come back around 3p.m, well ended up we didn't get anything to eat and all the guest at the hotel as well. That's the first situation, second we washed our clothes in there wash

Clean facility that offers something different in Tobago! Staff was polite, rooms are small but modern and clean. Breakfast was underwhelming but still a nice experience. Pool is a great feature of this hotel

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The one thing that was lacking was an extra chair in the room. One chair is too shy for comfort in each room.
