Area surrounding the property was dismal, downtrodden, and unappealing. (By the area, I mean the general streets and lots, structures, etc.) Hotel seemed to have 1 cart available and it did not roll well. Check-out rep (Rosie) was the nicest part of the stay. Very pleasant and friendly.

Small disturbance

We're staying in room 400 and heard a terrifying series of screams around 8:22 am. They stopped immediately after. We're assuming it was a guest's phone, tv, or their awakening from a night terror.

It was the cleanest Days Inn I’ve stayed in for a while. The last one in CT was abysmal but this was like the old days of Days Inn. Nice work to the management and workers.

There was no a/c in the hallways. The a/c in the room was great, but the uncomfortable sticky air in the hallway made the whole thing smell. The staff were fantastic, location left a little to be desired.

The Place was nice .... But for 1.... I got High from the guy next door... I thought Cheech and Chong were Next to me. I always knew when they left ..... The smoke lingered into the hall and into the elevator. Next the toilet in my room was Soooo small that it seemed that when this was installed all they had was a Kids toilet left. Maybe soon they can install a big person toilet. Rm311

The stay in Wilkes barre with an unexpected $50 de

Very good stay. Slept well. Nice motel and location. I DIDNT like having to be told I needed a $50 deposit in addition to what I paid for the room. Most motels in the Wilkes barre area and Susquehanna county DO NOT charge me a deposit. I realize I will get it back in 2 to 5 business days but it’s dumb. Probably will just stay at another motel next time Breakfast was very good and everything else good
