The staff was very friendly and helpful! We appreciated that the rooms were all suites with a small kitchenette. This is a very family and pet friendly place but not a 5 star resort - important to know where you are staying. I would definitely stay again.

Exceeded my expectations in every way except for the breakfast which was pretty skimpy. No fruit, no juice, only bread and bagels.

Rooms have holes in walls, stained rugs, filthy stoves, burn marks on the wall near the stove, smoke detectors missing, very noisy, no breakfast as advertised and I paid $57 for a night and $53 for one night for my dog. I will never stay there again.

The gentleman at the front desk who greeted and checked me in was excellent - very polite and friendly and informative. All of the staff I encountered was the same way, so I have nothing but positive reviews for the staff. But the property itself was very disappointing. Other guests were loud, banging on the walls and vulgar all night long (which I know the hotel only has so much control over). The whole hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and was dirty. We found personal items from previous guests in our room that the staff had clearly missed when “cleaning” the room. The pullout couch bed was covered in what appeared to be dog hair and the sheets clearly hadn’t been changed, so I ended up sleeping on the regular couch, which was not comfortable. This was all after we were upgraded from the room I requested to fit the three guests in our party, since the hotel overbooked rooms. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.
