However, we strive to get you into the home as soon as possible, so if the home is clean and ready before that check-in time, we will let you know and you may be able to get into the home early!

Come aboard at Captain and Crew! Enjoy our property that is two homes, it’s perfect for friends or family getaways, grandparents want their own space and the parents and kids in their own, but still together on the property, this is for you. It offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms in each home, it is permitted for 10 guests, and parking for 4 cars. Two blocks from the beach located on the south side of Seaside. About a mile from downtown Seaside for shops and restaurants and about fifteen minutes to Cannon Beach for tidepools, and more. The property is going to be a family favorite!

A MESSAGE FROM OUR FAMILY: We are so thankful for your support during these trying times. As always, if the cities of Seaside, Gearhart, or Cannon Beach prohibits us from hosting guests, your trip will be covered for a 100% refund.

By booking in advance, you are supporting the thirty families that work within our company. We appreciate you and hope you’ll consider us for your business. We are going even more in depth with our cleaning program to ensure your comfort and peace of mind during your stay. This includes using an EPA certified disinfectant as our main surface cleaner throughout the home.

If you have not researched us to know who we are: Seaside Vacation Homes is a small, family owned business operating in Seaside for over 30 years, and the oldest vacation home property management company in our area. Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.

The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.
