It was our second time staying at the Prom both times rooms were clean it was quiet, only problem we had was the water wouldn’t get hot so made the jacuzzi tub not worth using other than that it was great

It wasn't terrible, but we wouldn't stay there again. The cottage was very drafty so the heater kept clicking off and on all night, which was noisy. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The parking isnt great, especially for bigger vehicles. But i think what clinched it for me was the fact that i paid for pay when you stay, but they charged my card 72 hrs. prior to our first night. The card i used to hold the room wasnt the card i wanted charged, but because they charged it before check in, i didn't get a choice. Every other time I've booked a hotel with pay when you stay, they charge your card at check in, and they ask if the card you held the room with is the card you want charged. This place made it seem like it was my fault because i didnt call and tell them ahead of time. I responded, no i didn't, because it was supposed to be pay when you STAY. So, we won't be returning.

Enjoyed a relaxing 4 day trip to seaside. The location was amazing and the oceanfront room was nice. A few items need attention which i hope they take care of, loose faucet which was annoying as hard to turn water on/off. Staff were all super friendly.
