THE REUNION HOUSE at Seaside Beach: Â Ocean Front on the Prom is notably one of the most noticeable historic houses on the Promenade and lovingly named âThe Reunion Houseâ. This 3500 sq ft home accommodates a maximum of 15 people. Built by one of the original foresters/landowners in this area as a personal residence this home displays carpentry and architecture that is almost un-replicable. The home did undergo a remodel in recent years however none of the original charm was removed. You will not forget a vacation at this property as every bedroom offers views of either the mountains or ocean. With the water and downtown entertainment at your fingertips the Reunion house awaits your next vacation.
Summer 2026: This home has a 7 night minimum starting on Fridays each week. Bookings made on any other day of the week will be subject to cancellation unless guest can adjust the stay to Friday to Friday. We do not take reservations for less than 2 nights at this time.
If you have not researched us to know who we are: Seaside Vacation Homes is a small, family owned business operating in Seaside for over 30 years, and the oldest vacation home property management company in our area. Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. If you have any special needs or requests please let our staff know, as everyone in our office views the guests we serve as extended family and wants to make sure this trip ends up being all it can be!
