The open living area invites you to relax in front of the fireplace or step out onto the private balcony to watch the waves roll in. A well-equipped kitchen with a wine fridge and spice rack makes mealtime feel effortless, while the dining area offers front-row ocean views. The primary suite features a king bed, streaming TV, and a spa-inspired bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and heated floors. With a queen guest room, cozy Murphy bed, in-unit laundry, and easy elevator access, Seaview Jewel pairs modern convenience with timeless coastal beauty — just minutes from Seaside's shops, restaurants, and sandy adventures.
Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.

The minimum age for renting is 25 years old
Occupancy: 6 (Guests of ALL ages, as well as visitors stopping by, count toward occupancy)
Maximum Vehicles : 2 (Vehicles must park on site in the designated spaces; there is no street parking allowed per city ordinance for guests staying at or visiting a vacation rental home)
Nightly minimums and rates will vary depending on market conditions:
Peak Season - 4 night minimum
Holidays - 3-4 night minimum over Holidays/Major Events
Off Season (October – May) - 2 night
