Welcome to our quaint and comfy one-story, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath beach home! Watch the ocean while relaxing in bed, washing dishes, having a meal, or lounging in the living room. Ocean and/or mountain views from any room in our home. Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio while sitting in our hot tub, or lounging on the outdoor furniture. Just 1/2 mile to eateries, groceries, seaside golf course and the beginning of the Seaside Promenade. Only 2 miles to Seaside Downtown. Our lovely home sits across the street from the amazing Pacific Ocean. Looking north to desired Seaside Beach and looking south to Tillamook Head. Just out front is the Seaside Cove surf spot. Enjoy the view from kitchen, living room, dining room, and from the master bedroom.


Dog fees are $15/dog/night with a $30 minimum per dog. We accept 2 dogs only.
Any additional fees owed will be added after booking. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age and spayed or neutered. The contract will note the full requirements.

Lovely stay. Very clean, nicely decorated property about 1/2 mile south of the end of the Seaside promenade. This location was perfect, the ocean was just steps across the road and there were few others on the beach. The house was very nice, with wonderful views. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was phenomenal! We enjoyed amenities like the hot tub on the back patio, and the provided bikes. We would gladly stay here again.

we love being so close to the beach !the home had everything we needed and is very well keptthe TV controller is perfect- not complicated I must say that the bathroom was the hit of our stay none of us had ever used a bidet so it was fun and we had a few laughs figuring that out having a toilet seat that lifts on approach and is warm on landing is amazing the shower is also very nice because it’s a walk in and it’s roomyoverall one of our best experiences on the Oregon coast will definitely be planning a return visit

Hot tub worked great, nice and hot. Very clean, my dog enjoyed all the balls! Views were spectacular and we made use of the big cooler and beach chairs. We couldn’t get the cable figured out but we found a perfect spot to watch the big Patriots game.

We had an amazing time at the Seaview House. The home was clean and inviting. The easy access to the beach allowed for many beach walks. The house is also close to everything in town including where all the shops and restaurants are. The Host was very responsive with questions. We will definitely book this home again in the future.

Everything about this home was perfect. To start it has an awesome location, with windows to see the ocean or the golf course. It was quiet, extremely clean and very well organized. Spent five nights watching the ocean waves. This was the second time renting from Malia and this vacation was as good as the first trip. Great communication from start to finish, home more beautiful than the description, excellent location, everything you hope your vacation rental will be. This property was everything we were looking for. Ocean front, shopping close by, and a beautiful yard for our four legged family member to run around in. The entire property was well maintained and very clean. And communication with the property owner was prompt and helpful from beginning to end of our stay. Amazing view!!

This house has the best view out there! I could sit and watch the ocean all day right out the window. The house was in perfect shape and very clean!! It is in a quieter area of Seaside which is great and the walk to town is really easy. Loved every minute and the hosts are extremely easy to work with. Will stay there again

This is by far one of the coolest vacation rentals we’ve stayed at. The location could not be beat and the views were magical. We loved sitting in the living room watching the waves and sunset to one side and the golf course to the other side all while enjoying a peaceful fire. We loved the proximity to the beach. It made it so easy with kids. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was very nicely updated. Although old and original, the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We also loved the jacuzzi and used it every day! We would definitely come back here again.

Magical place south of the city

First time to Seaside and we are obsessed! This home is perfect and was absolutely spotless upon arrival. Beds are super comfy and the boys loved playing foosball and hanging in the hot tub. But the star of the show: the amazing smart toilet/bidet with seat warmer and all the extras lol. We looked forward to each bathroom visit The charming home served as a great launching point for our adventures! Tidepooling at Cannon Beach where we saw so many starfish and ELKS ON THE BEACH, crabbing at Kelly’s Marina (40 mins south), and playing on what felt like our own private beach right in front of the house. Fun to watch all the surfers out front and cheer on the golfers out back from the hot tub. One morning at low tide we found 60 whole sand dollars!!! Literal sand bucket full of 4” beauties. Had fires, ate s’mores, and told ghost stories on the beach every night we were here. We would love to come back and stay longer next trip. Thanks for opening your home to us! Was a trip we’ll never forget.

Beautiful beachfront home!

This was a beautiful place to end our road trip! Home was very clean, and my kids loved the heated bathroom floors after a chilly walk on the beach. The beach access was perfect. We loved searching for sand dollars, and coming back to a nice hot tub in the evenings. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful

We’ve been coming to Seaside since moving to the PNW 4 years ago, this was our first year staying beach front and will not be our last! This house is perfect. There were 3 of us, a couple and a friend, and our dogs. Perfect vacation and location. House was immaculately clean and had everything you could want in a rental house. No beach towels, but everything else! Bathroom was so nice and that living room. Incredible. Already booked another stay!

Dog Friendly/Ocean Views

Beautiful house that was very clean and well stocked. They thought of everything you would need to stay week! Perfect spot to bring our dog.
