After a day of exploring the beach or nearby attractions, relax in the inviting outdoor spaces. Enjoy lunch at the picnic table in the front yard while watching the kids shoot hoops in the driveway. The fenced backyard provides a safe and grassy area for yard games and family fun. Additional outdoor seating is conveniently stored in the garage, and an outdoor shower is available on the side of the house to rinse off sandy toes after a day by the ocean.



Inside, the home offers plenty of space to relax and connect with loved ones. Cozy up with a good book by the gas fireplace in the living room or retreat to the loft for some extra hangout space. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, complete with all the essentials, from a crockpot and griddle to a coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, and blender. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Soccer in the Sand team house

Three of our team families stayed at this property and loved it. Comfortable beds, clean and open spaces, great upper lounge for the kids to hang in, and nice little fenced in back yard. Decently appointed kitchen, liked having the protable firepit for backyard s'mores, and easy access to the beach.

The house was very comfortable for my family. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. There were five adults and two children in our party and we all had a great time. It was only about 2 blocks to the beach and we were far enough away from the very busy beach in downtown Seaside that it was very quiet.

Clean enjoyable beach getaway

We had a grandparent's weekend with my folks, in-laws, great grandma, and kids. The house was accommodating for everyone. It wasn't a large house but it was comfortable. We enjoyed how close it was to a lot of the local amenities. Very close to the outlets, movie theater, beach, and the old boardwalk shopping—all within short walking distance.

Wonderful house for a large group

Very nice house- had everything we needed. Lots of great hangout space, and the kitchen is large. Great back yard for cooking out and appreciated the picnic table and all the outside chairs. A nice location near the beach. We would have liked longer benches that go the length of the interior table or dining chairs inside. The last night the winds shifted and the air smelled of rotten eggs through check out the next day. I know there’s nothing you can do about that. It’s a shame they don’t have a way to improve the treatment process.
