Guest Requirements

Per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and staying on-site during the rental period. We kindly ask that the names, ages, and addresses of all guests be shared prior to check-in. For groups including guests under 21, the Borough of Seaside Park requires signed consent forms from a parent or guardian.

To maintain a quiet and respectful environment, outside visitors are not permitted. Groups made up entirely of guests under 21, or those exceeding the number of registered guests, may be unable to check in.

Subleasing & Third-Party Bookings
For safety and consistency, reservations must be made by someone staying at the property. Subleasing or transferring a booking to another party is not permitted.

No Parties or Loud Gatherings
➤ While we hope you have a fantastic time, this is a family-friendly space, not a party house.
➤ As per township ordinance, Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure everyone, including our neighbors, enjoys a peaceful evening.

Please provide your pet’s breed and size before booking for approval.

Unfortunately, large dogs that shed excessively or have aggressive tendencies are not a fit for our space.

As per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Park. No Exceptions. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.
