I arrived at about 11:30. I asked the person at the desk if I could check in early. He replied very angrily that check-in is at 3:00. I asked him if I could leave my car there and Uber to my destination, then check in later. He even more angrily said no. I reminded him that I had a reservation, and he still refused. He was beyond rude. He was borderline aggressive. Since I couldn't leave my car there, I drove to the Showboat and paid $30 for parking. I ended up sleeping in my car. I never checked in. I train communication and customer service skills for a living. Never in my 23 years of doing so have I seen a more pitiful example of a customer experience.

It was very dirty and busted up I booked the room for 1 night and didn’t even sleep there , I found a bed bug in my room and could not get help from the front desk

The non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. There was no smoke detector in the room.

The room had a bad musty smell and smelled strongly of smoke. The guy at the front desk was very accommodating, or at least as accommodating as he could be. Good place for its price and location, just about 10 minutes from Atlantic City. Nothing horribly wrong with the place but I would not stay again.
