Elevators are slow. soon as you pull up the lights are very dim and flashing. the room we stayed in observing the bed it had someone's hair all over the sheets. the air unit made a loud noise making it very uncomfortable to sleep throughout the night there is no cameras in the stairway going to the garage where you park your car,and there is prostitutes and bums hanging around the facility at night time. Only good thing about it is the fact that it's close to the boardwalk.

Came for the Lit in AC concert. Booked this hotel because everything else on the boardwalk was sold out. Check in was 4 pm and my room wasn’t ready until 9 Pm. The excuse was that they are short staffed. Completely unacceptable. 1 of 3 elevators was broken. So the wait was almost 20 mins.

The stay was horrible. They charge you if you don’t wash the cups, the check out procedure took us 2 hours to get an elevator because 1 was down and they were manually using the other to check out specific guest. Won’t stay here again

This property was located near an unsafe part of town with illegal drug activity and people begging for money. The room was outdated with stains on the furniture. The bathroom tub had a leak and there were broken patches throughout. Only 2 elevators worked and it was constantly shaking and making sounds. Waited over 5 minutes for it to come. The parking attendants didn’t always ask for the parking pass. We witnessed one group of people curse the attendant out when they asked for the pass and proceeded to drive into the lot. The towels left a residue on our bodies after using it. The lights also shut off while we were using the microwave. The floor was noisy with children running back and forth and people playing loud music.

Beautiful views from my studio! Clean! Close to several local businesses. Must have been a while since someone has used this room. The alarm clock was an hour off, only 1 light bulb worked in the bathroom and the vent was falling off of the ceiling.

My reservation was at 4 pm and I took to the hotel at 3 in the morning and when I entered the room it was all dirty very dirty the hotel is not what you see in the I didn't like it I was supposed to leave on Monday I left early Sunday to another hotel I don't recommend it.
