We had an ocean view room but not directly facing the ocean, there’s still a partial view but it’s not the same. The room is renovated but amenities in the room are not well maintained. Toilet seat is broken and kept on sliding onto one side. The walk to and from the parking lot is about 10-15 mins, which is inconvenient for families with children. On top of that, the pool is for 21 and above only with a paid reservation. That is the biggest disappointment for us. Luckily, we are so close to the beach so we went to the beach instead.

We had a light lit on the outside of our room for "Housekeeping Needed" No one ever showed up after a few hours in the day; I had to go and ask housekeeper down the hall who was cleaning other rooms for 2 towels and 2 washcloths. Needless to say, our room was loaded with trash in trashcans (only 2 in room--one in sleeping area and one in bathroom)

First of all I am in the customer service industry and I don’t ever do bad reviews but this stay was sub par! The restaurants I wanted to go to weren’t open until Friday and my stay was Monday through Thursday. I guess that’s my fault for not checking before booking. My room got cleaned once and had no body wash for two days. The servers in the casino never asked if I wanted a drink!! Just a terrible all around experience and it’s surprising since I always stay at Harrah’s down the street and it’s alway great there! I just decided to switch it up this time! Sorry for the review but it needs to be said

honestly the shower was great until i spotted the starting of mold on the wall in the grout area and a decent size spot on the caulk by the bottom of the shower door. dining options inside are very limited and have strange open and closing times. recommend ordering out and having it delivered or bring stuff yourself as alot of it is over priced and the quality not great. hell's kitchen is honestly the only great quality and memorable experience. Find out alot of hidden fees they don't mention.
