I think the hotel was fine… they never cleaned or provided new bedding or anything. We asked for them to come clean and replenish but it never happened over 5 days. They also lost our reservation and had to book our staff in another hotel. Not sure what happened there. Either Harrah’s made the mistake or Travelocity did NOT send our reservation. No record of reservation on Harrah’s side but Travelocity said it was confirmed as they spoke with reservations center but couldn’t put it all together. Not best experience

The room did not have a mini fridge and the water was lukewarm at best in the shower. The room was clean. I didnt interact with any staff other than check-in. She was fast and courteous and well kept, her uniform was impeccable.
