I think the hotel was fine… they never cleaned or provided new bedding or anything. We asked for them to come clean and replenish but it never happened over 5 days. They also lost our reservation and had to book our staff in another hotel. Not sure what happened there. Either Harrah’s made the mistake or Travelocity did NOT send our reservation. No record of reservation on Harrah’s side but Travelocity said it was confirmed as they spoke with reservations center but couldn’t put it all together. Not best experience

Room booked and building specifically, that i picked for my disabilities accessibility needs, was unavailable for a refresh of Building and reassigned to a 3x further hike to my room from car, totally unacceptable and no notice on parking cost, since its always comped, so this was exactly why I had a unacceptable outcome and a Managmemt at hotel to be ignorant of ADA accessibility needs
