Our stay was very good. The hotel was very nice, clean, and the restaurants were very good. The customer service was good as well. Check-in and check-out was good except when we checked in the line took forever to move. We were on line for about 10/15 minutes before we got to the front of the line. Check-out was very quick. The self parking was good and easy. This hotel was very nice and we like the fact that it was not on the Atlantic City strip because it was away from the drama and noise, but it was close enough to take a 5 minute drive to get to the boardwalk. We really did like our stay and this was our first time in this hotel. Also, the king size room was huge.

Our stay was amazing, rooms are very clean, staff is very nice, overall 10/10 resort, we were 6 adults and we all love it. Would go again!

My boyfriend and i stayed there with another couple both fir the first time and definitely for the last time. The check in experience for our weekend getaway was absolutely ridiculous, yes we did check-in atound 9pm so we couldn't use the self-check-in kisok. now we're waiting 30 min if not more to speak to someone at the check at the desk, we finally get a room. And what a disappointment. Rugs stained, the partitions for the shower idk who thought of that toilet paper holder hanging off the wall.

Wouldn't recommend staying at Harrahs

Upon check in, key cards were not working, we were told IT is working on it to come back to the desk in a little while. Once the key cards were working all that was offered was 1 extended hr for check out. The room was dated. The wall paper was peeling and the sink in the bathroom had rust all over it. To make matters worse there was domestic violence in the room next-door!

It was a great trip. Except your pool after dark has a casual dress code and alot of girls were half dressed and some look like they were wearing uderwear with booty showing and hanging out i do not rhink that is casual atire. And ppl who dressed casual were not able to enter. Ut half dressed girls were. Rules should apply to all.

The room i had at costal was supposed to be at a non smoking area but for some reason my room smelt like smoke all over i made a complaint with an operator but was told room service can only spray the room
