I always have a good time at Harrah's because of the people I'm with. The hotel staff was very nice all around. However.... Getting around the hotel was very difficult. Poor signage and check in took a long time. I got a non smoking room, but couldn't tell the difference. A week later and my luggage (that was in the closet the whole time) still reeks of cigarettes. Hotel was dirty and I was very disappointed with most restaurants menu option.

Room was spotless, comfortable and in great condition. Harrah’s is a fun venue, we aren’t gamblers but there was lots to do aside from casino, bars with live music, many restaurants and a fun nightclub. Only negative thing that we can say is: 1) accessing the pool costs an extra fee - it’s not included in the basic room rental, and 2) only 2 devices are included in the free wifi provided to the rooms so if you come with family, you have to pay for upgraded wifi service. Otherwise, this was a great hotel and we highly recommend!

I booked two times Bayview king size premium on Expedia app,I’m not sure is because is third platform or the Bayview room really sold out/unavailable. When I get there Harrah hotel always told me it’s was unavailable. But they will give me a high level waterfront room. So I’m was confused about that. Anyway hotel is great to stay.
