Expected a big resort to be clean but not this one. As soon as we got off the elevator, the hallway had all sorts of garbage strewn about, along the entire hallway. A big wad of hair, used Q-tips, used band-aids, wrappers and people just tie their garbage bags to the door handles and leave them in the hallway. You're literally walking past trash the whole way to your room. I thought it was just temporary, as if they were being clean but no...stayed there for the entire two days we stayed. Seems that all they care about here is that you lose money in their casino. Oh and family pool closes at 6pm and their big attraction pool is only open once a week. Total joke.

Long lines, Kiosks has limited options for any accommodation to be requested. Booked Waterfront tower, but got a room facing the pool and other buildings. No water view. Was very disappointed. The pool usually have paid events, so you can't access without tickets. Too pricey

I did not enjoy my stay. My only hi light of my stay was the indoor pool party after dark. They charge you taxes and fees at the end of your stay instead of the beginning and they don’t voice that to you in the beginning when you’re checking in staff rushing you while you checking in
