Room was great , but our reservation on Expedia was for “king bed , high floor “. When we checked in they told us they only have two queen available at a high floor. We did not get housekeeping the second day, but they were responsive at least and brought towels. The worst part of the experience was Buddy V’s restaurant buddy Boardwalk empire. Took 20 minutes for an egg and cheese sandwich and the cook was doing everything except working. The whole place seemed unconcerned with the long line and they carried on joking , socializing and doing work about 5% of the time . Super inefficient service . Worst part was the sandwiches were cold . Not going back to Harrah’s.

The initial checkin rep was rude, said room booked was no longer available but for a “fee” could be upgraded. When we refused to pay an upcharge twice at 2 different amounts was given a room with dingy sheets, broken dresser draw door, and rusty bathroom shelves. Demanded a better room and a kinder more professional rep obliged. Voodoo lounge was amazing and so was the band FM. Before checking out in the morning, went to the pool only to be carded and charged a $10 fee each, didn’t pay it based on the principle, we are overnight guests, not a good look. Not everything needs to be monetized, already paying for overnight parking.

The room was okay but they give me a different room I chosse king bed whith ocean view and they change to Laguna view and small room. But the food and the hotel was clean and nice

My fiance and I made our visit here a tradition for Thanksgiving. We love the place, the rooms are cozy. The pool is excellent. Only thing I did not like is that dogs should not be allowed to roaming around with their owners. Areas of the casino smelled like dog poop and urine not pleasant at all. I don’t like dining with a dog sitting next to me. There should be a separate area for dog lovers. It is simply unsanitary to have dogs of all sizes (yes even an pitbull) around dining areas. Overall love this hotel
