đ LAYOUT On the entry level, youâll find the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The second floor features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and the washer/dryer. The top floor features the master bedroom and en-suite bath.
đïž ENTRY LEVEL LIVING ROOM The living room features a fireplace with a marble surround and a flat-screen TV mounted on a classic white mantel, complemented by beautiful hardwood floors. The seating area includes two mid-century modern orange armchairs with wooden armrests, a wooden coffee table, and a plush light-colored sofa.
KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen includes cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops, and a central island. Stainless steel appliances include a double-door refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. A Krups drip coffee maker, electric kettle, and knife block sit on the counter, while warm pendant lighting adds ambiance. Adjacent to the kitchen, the modern dining area features a wooden table, four cushioned chairs, and a bench.
BEDROOM 2 A peaceful and inviting space featuring a queen-size bed with soft linens, a fan, wooden bedside tables, a standing lamp, and a spacious closet. Large windows provide natural light, while blinds ensure privacy.
BATHROOM The central bathroom includes ample counter and storage space, along with a bathtub/shower combo. Guests are provided with complimentary toiletries, shower gel, and a hairdryer.
đ 3RD FLOOR â MASTER BEDROOM & EN SUITE BATH A spacious and cozy retreat with a queen-size bed in soft tones. This room includes a mounted TV, a portable A/C unit, and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair, perfect for remote work. Large glass doors open to a private balcony offering stunning views of the Puget Sound. The luxurious en-suite bathroom features a soaking tub, a large shower, a double vanity, and elegant lighting. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel for your comfort.
âïž COOLING A portable air conditioner is available in the master bedroom on the top floor. Fans are provided in both second-floor bedrooms for added comfort.

đ PARKING There is one dedicated parking stall in the garage located on the basement level. Please note the garage has a height restriction of 6`4`. Additional street parking is also available.

The location was great for Seattle sightseeing. The view of downtown was gorgeous! The host was quick to message for any questions and made our stay very enjoyable.
Excellent location and comfortable townhouse. Stayed with our two kids. Really lovely upper deck with view of the sound. Great location to walk to the parks, space needle, etc. One kid is especially scent sensitive and the laundry had a strong scent, which was causing her problems. Sent a message to the management and they immediately sent over another laundry soap so we could get the bedding re-washed. Excellent problem resolution. Management checked in multiple times. Would stay again.
Attractive and clean townhome in a desirable location within Seattle. Well maintained with everything modern and in working order. Glenn was particularly responsive. Only downside is no AC on the second floor though floor fans were provided which were fairly effective.
