When we ask to get shampoo and conditioner we were told to go to the reception to get it. The only reason why we needed more shampoo is because the room was not cleaned during our stay.

Everything was relatively good, except breakfast. It was the worst in hotel breakfast I have ever had. No eggs, no cheese or sliced ham, you won’t find any veggies. Only bread, butter, jam, pancakes, oranges and apples available. Also if you wish you can make a quick prep oatmeal. But this hotel offers good free of charge parking and the king size bed was good. It has to be outlined because it’s an advantages.

Room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for being right off the freeway. Very close to shopping and dining options. The redmond pancake house right across the parking lot was great for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again

Receptionist rudely helped people that walked up to the counter interrupting our interaction. When she couldn’t immediately find my reservation, she said no reservation, and ignored me even though I said I did have one, but there was a name difference. I finally had to be rude and interrupt her from helping customer while she ignored us. Toast and cold cereal should not be marketed as breakfast .
