Other than the ridiculous cold, self serve breakfast for $25, our stay was first class. Thank you to the front desk staff, especially Jun, who helped us get oriented and booked in a fabulous room. If you want a memorable getaway, we highly recommend.

Great hotel in Bellevue center. Very clean room. Front desk was helpful and quick check-in process. Super nice pool. Not so great: Room had accessible bathroom, not what we reserved, we chose shower w/tub. No one greeting outside of hotel front to help with bags. Unfriendly valet at kiosk, seemed like my car being parked for a few minutes was a niusance.
