Bathtub had dirty lines in it. Wallpaper was falling off. Window curtains were dirty/stained. Shower curtain was stained. Remote control had some dingy gross build up. Not worth the price paid

The Lobby was nice and the location was very upscale, but the building itself was very run down and dirty. There was a Hilton on one side of the hotel that made the Red Lion look extremely rundown. The carpets in the halls were extremely dirty, there was trash piled up and an old wood crate around the door when I first walked in, made it feel extra dirty. The room itself was clean, bed was very comfortable, the shower was nice, as long as I was in the room it was fine. Also I got in early and tried to check in at 3:00, staff was not willing to help at all even kind of laughed at me. Rude

The comfort of the hotel was just right for me. I had the option to choose a floor so, I opted for the first since there are sliding doors which I knew I would enjoy! The room was exactly what was shown and offered on the website and the staff was very friendly. The on-the-go breakfast was quite adequate and nice and there was always coffee throughout the day! The only thing that bothered me was that I was not informed that I needed to book housekeeping in advance as they do not come everyday. It would have been helpful to know that so I could have had fresh towels, enough toilet paper, and not had to take my trash to the outside of the door to be picked up. Other than that, I had a great experience there! Thank you! :)

Poor choice to stay

As I mentioned upon checking out, it was not a fun time. Didn’t realize I booked through a 3rd party denying me a refund for the 2nd night. I stayed overnight since my husband had surgery. No one knew if he was going to be hospitalized 1 or 2 nights. No help with luggage, no elevator for 2nd floor, could not turn on AC (unbearably hot until 3am, TV channels didn't work. Check out guy was much kinder and apologized for my inconveniences, whereas the gal who checked me in the night before. Never returning.

Bathroom needs to be updated. Toilets need to be updated, feels like it is appropriate for a toddler (too low). Sink counter is too low, from 10 years ago. Faucet head rotated left to right and water sprayed to the end of the counter The hotel does a nice job of keeping thingss clean

the front desk folks were nice. The housekeeping person was friendly enough, but we had to ask for a trash can for our room. There were not plastic liners for the ice bucket. They only made up our room one day of the four that we were there. Just terrible service for a Red Lion. They are charging what the other hotels in the area charge, but not offering the service. Breakfast was a joke; nothing hot at all (except if you count a toaster). More like a high school breakfast. Cold cereal, etc. Just very poor service and backed up to construction that went ALL NIGHT LONG. The construction isn’t their fault, but the hotel was far from full. They could have put people in rooms on the other side of the hotel away from the noise, but they didn’t.

The hotel itself is pretty run down. It has an odor to the hallway and rooms. Breakfast area hardly has any seating. Our checkin staff member was kind.

Red Lion at Bellevue

It was a quick weekend getaway to Seattle to see the last of the tulips and find the PNW Dambo trolls. The room was good enough as we spent very little time in it. We did love the comfortable bed and the overheard high-pressure shower. Our only concern was the room door latch lock. Hubby had the lock in place but by pulling it hard enough, door would go thru the lock and open. Luckily for the desk chair, he jammed it up the door. Overall, it’s a great place to stay at. We’ll be back to finish looking for those trolls.
