Quail Cottage is a charming, and very spacious 1 bedroom freestanding cottage, with its own secluded patio and outdoor seating with a wonderful view and a hot tub for guests exclusive use.The main living room has high ceilings, and lots of light from the large south facing windows, but is shaded in the summer from the sun, by the trees around it. The communal room boasts a full kitchen, dining table and breakfast bar overlooking the patio, has a really comfortable Queen sofa bed (sleeps 2 ) , streaming TV ( Netflix, amazon, YouTube TV), internet and beautiful faux finished walls that go throughout the cottage. The bedroom, also large with big windows, has a king bed, and a queen futon sofa bed for extra sleeping options. The cottage has a full bathroom with bath and shower, and is decorated in wonderful sea colors. The whole cottage has a beautiful Zen comfortable feel to it.
Quail cottage is situated on a 2 acre property at the end of a lane, parking is free and next to the building.
The trails for biking and hiking are right out the door, no need to drive anywhere. Mountain bikers and hikers would love this place. This is a very friendly and relaxed place, with lots of space.
We have chickens, dogs and garden, and teenagers and all the associated activity, and centrally located for Sedona and hiking biking trails. You get the best of everything here, a rural setting, surrounded by the gorgeous red rocks, hiking out the door, with all the restaurants and shops Sedona has to offer, 10 minutes away.
WE do not do month long bookings . The most we do is 10 days, sometimes two weeks- it is not suitable for longer holiday bookings, but only for short stays.

The property was clean and accurately listed. The emailed instructions were incredibly helpful in locating it as maps got a bit confused. But we were able to anticipate this and that made all the difference. The grounds were quiet and well maintained. the bed was probably the most comfortable bed ive ever slept on, on any vacation. our host was super accommodating when i needed to shift our dates a bit due to a mistake on my part. We had a great stay at Quail Cottage. It was in a remote location away from the hustle of Sedona but close enough to be able to get everything. It is near some great hiking spots that are off the beaten path.

The neighborhood was pretty quiet, and there were great views in the area. It was only 10 minutes to the major grocery store, and even quicker to hiking and other activities. The place was just as described, and I very much enjoyed the space and the hot tub.I was glad to have a higher clearance vehicle, as the approach to the property across the wash was a little challenging, but only if you had a low clearance vehicle.

Amazing Stay!

We loved our stay at the Quail Cottage! Very cozy and peaceful. We loved the cozy bed, hot tub, and beautiful surroundings. We walked to the local vortex spot and it was just stunning! With so many options in Sedona, we were happy that we chose Bridget’s lovely property for a more authentic experience. Bridget is an extremely kind and friendly host!

My husband and I are not frequent to VRBO, this was atotally new experience and one that was very impressive.Living at 9000ft in CO, having this short trip was wellreceived.Definitely secluded and off the main drag of the city. Lovelyprivate home, super comfortable and clean.Many extra amenities in supplies, hot tub was greatand plenty of room to roam.Easy access to town restaurants and shops...couldn'thave asked for more...super great place to visit.

Great little spot in Sedona

The spot is great, the rooms are large, there are lots of little things that made the stay better.Like a flashlight, extra blankets, fire pit, recommendations for places to eat, hike, shop.There is a river wash near you can take to other great trail heads. It is truely a FULL kitchen.We really enjoyed our stay.

Comfy Cozy Cottage

Our trip started out with an unforseen challenge that resulted in our arriving several hours after we had planned. Fortunately, Bridget's driving directions were so thorough that we found Quail Cottage exactly as expected, even though it was dark/quite late (not our usual MO!). We loved the quiet, out of town location and were able to get a very nice night's rest. Loved a morning dip in the hot tub, the well stocked kitchen amenities and comfy touches throughout, such as extra towels, hairdryer, shampoo, and even yoga mats (fingers crossed my hip will be in shape to put them to use next time around). It was truly a home away from home. We will be definitely be returning to Quail Cottage!

Super cute place with great energy. A nice little spot that embodies the spirit of what many seek in Sedona. Owner was nice and attentive. Keep a close eye for the small road leading to the property as it can be a bit tricky to find at first glance but they do a good job of describing how to find it in the invite emails. Would recommend this place for a solo or couple excursion.

Our stay in Sedona was incredible and part of it was the Quail Cottage we called home for a week. It was the perfect home base for our adventures. Clean, quiet, private and the perfect spot to get away from the crowd and still be in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Bridget was the perfect host and for us, it was the perfect place!
