Very Disappointing

Buyer beware, photos are deceiving. This is a motel and not a hotel. Room was dirty. Pool area needed repair, was dirty, and there were ants everywhere. Hot tub was not working. Worst property we’ve ever booked on hotels.com

The hotel is realistically more motel than hotel. The room doors face externally. There are 2 buildings with rooms and a main building with the lobby, breakfast, banquet hall, and small restaurant/bar. It’s important to note there is not an elevator to the second floor. You must climb outside stairs to access your room. Rooms are really nice. Lots of space. The refrigerator is larger than what you expect to find in a hotel. Everything was incredibly clean and new. The included breakfast is in the main building, is quite a small space, and just ok. We went the first day and opted for another option after that. The swimming pool and hot tub areas were nice. We didn’t use it but there were a few families that here during our stay. It was quiet, guests were respectful and staff friendly. We would absolutely stay here again.

I thought the property was very nice. The breakfast was good. The pool area was very nice. It is very convenient to Old Town Cottonwood and not that far from Sedona. The staff was very nice and helpful.

We were there for just one night, spending most of our time in Jerome. It met our needs. Loved the refrigerator- it was taller than most and that it had microwave. We also enjoyed the pool.

Hotel was very nice rooms. Clean. The doors are all outside which was nice with the dogs. They even had a spot for the dogs outside to go to the bathroom. Would stay here again.

clean and calm

I loved my stay at Lux Verde Hotel. the rooms were clean and i loved the fact that the hotel didnt have any small bottles of shampoo and conditioners etc (no plastic waste)! Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice too with fresh fuits.
