We rented this home for a weekend getaway and came out with a sour taste. The communication with the homeowner is inexistent. NEVER replied to any of my messages with concerns. First of all it is false advertising. Not a single view of redrocks. None. The house was not thoroughly cleaned after previous user. The barbecue had no gas so we had to leave the house and go searching for a place to buy gas. The toilets are tiny like for kids and definitely not enough towels for all guests. Also there was a roach under the bed. I have pictures of everything
We thoroughly enjoyed this huge house in VOC. Great location which was convenient to a lot of stores, grocery and only 15 mins to Sedona. Beds were comfortable; Netflix was appreciated and if we beeded anything, Yvette was quick to respond. Many thanks đ
The house is ok. The advertising description and price point don't match the house, however. The house is more spartan than luxurious. And the views in the advertisement are misleading. Those views aren't available from the house.
The property was clean and quiet. The had a strict do not use towels hanging up but then we could not find any in the linen closet. It wasnât until the next day that we found towels in the garage. The garage stunk due to the outside fridge having leftover food in there. And lastly, the bbq did not have any propane. We had all kinds of groceries but could not bbq.
The house was beautiful. Ample space for our family. Bedding very comfortable. Easy to find, Location was ideal and not overly crowded. Would love to stay again on our next visit to Sedona. Very happy with Management of Property, communication.
Home was perfect and clean. Close to all amenities in Sedona. Loved that there were four bedrooms so everyone had their own room. Would highly recommend.
We arrived very late at night after flying into Phoenix. GPS tried to take us to a different side of the house but def no entrance on that side. Once we got to the correct side of the home, we went to unlock the door but found the door to be unlocked. Def a little scary at 12 am. Thankfully it was not occupied. Once we got settled and slept, the next few days were excellent. There were a few coaches our first night, but feel this is due to no occupancy prior to our arrive. We did not see any more bugs after we sprayed some raid for the remainder of our trip.
This home is very nicely done from the inside, has basic things in the kitchen (salt, sugar, spices) and a nice ninja coffee machine and blender. The owner has provided you with ample towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even laundry detergent and dryer sheets. They have shampoo and conditioner in the showers and soap throughout the home. Overall we were very pleased with our stay here and found it to be in a great location for us!
This house is great for a family group. Well decorated and away from the most congested part of Sedona. We would definitely book again. To improve the stay: better organized and cleaner kitchen cabinets, cleaner outdoor grill, bathroom drink cups and Kleenex similar to hotel provisions, friendlier and better written and practical rule book, and user-friendly front door lock. These are all easy fixes and would make the stay even more pleasant and luxurious. We enjoyed our stay!
The house is nicely decorated and has great things like big comfy blankets for the couch, huge bedrooms, and is close to great places to eat.
Unfortunately I do not think anyone actually lives there because there are some odd things like, no kitchen towels, no bathroom soap, and a fridge who's handle turns off the light switch. Not things to ruin a day but it did affect the coziness of the house.
Also, when we arrived the propane tank was empty so there was no heat and no hot water. Thankfully a propane company came out but it was a very chilly first night.
Beautiful house with all the amenities.
It was a little confusing getting into the house as they have a lock box near the door. You have to open the screen door and there is a key lock that you use to enter your code. Contacted the property management and their voicemail was full, the phone number I had was turned off. I had to contact Hotels.com to help.
House is beautiful and everything that you need is there for you. The only upside down of it is that the towels in the bathrooms are for display only. Frustrating when you want to use the towel racks and can't do so for it's purpose. Other than that, parking, wifi, beds, sitting and views are awesome.
The inside of this home was lovely. The neighborhood made you feel like you were ripped off and scammed. The rules they have you sign make you feel like you are not on vacation but going to a friends w a need to control you. Please do yourself a favor and donât get fooled by great photography.
