The Pines Inn and Suites in Cottonwood is a very nice place to stay, reasonably priced and convenient to Old Town Cottonwood, Jerome, and West Sedona. The staff were friendly and the view of the Mingus Mountains and Mogollon Rim was nice from the second floor. The only problems were somewhat difficult parking and a tub that needed replacement. Cottonwood is a cool little high desert town with a lot of history and some great shops, restaurants, and wineries. The Rim Country and Verde Valley scenery is gorgeous. and the legendary Red Rock Country of Sedona is less than half an hour away. If you visit there, be sure to take a ride on the Verde Canyon Railway! I would definitely stay at The Pines again.

Quiet and Friendly
It was quiet and the staff was friendly. They are not cleaning rooms yet. I had to ask for new towels every day. We had a 3 night stay. They allowed our dog which was much appreciated. Martha called prior to stay to be sure we were headed that way and if we had a pet. Again, I appreciated the extra customer service. It was a nice stay.
