The location is fantastic. It is in a calm neighborhood with excellent cafes, bakeries (Big Park Bakery had amazing freshly baked bread), food markets (Clark is excellent) and restaurants. It is also very convenient for many trails, specially Chicken Point Overlook (park at Little Horse Trailhead) and Cathedral Rock (depending on the day of the week you may have to take the Sedona Shuttle in order to access this trail because they close the parking lot at the trailhead to avoid overcrowding). We also hiked Devi's Bridge and it was amazing (not easy, but breathtaking!)

This well-equipped condo is in the perfect location--close to many shops, a full-service grocery, restaurants and less than a mile away from some of the most popular hiking/biking trails in Sedona. There are peak-a-boo views from the deck and bedroom of Courthouse Butte and Yavapai Point. A natural wash with trees and desert plants runs between the two buildings and abounds with birds. We loved sitting outside at the table for two and watching the birds. At night, the coyotes and owls sing and, because Sedona is a dark sky city, you can walk out and observe the desert stars. The pool is lovely though we didn't use it because it was in the full sun all day. We always love staying in the Village of Oak Creek--so much quieter than Sedona proper. The only time it got a little noisy was the early morning dump truck for the adjacent hotel making a pick up at 6 a.m or so and the tour busses starting to fire up their engines in the hotel parking lot to prepare for their day. No worries if you are an early riser. Also be aware that this is a second floor unit and there is no elevator. Caroline was a great host. We loved staying in this condo and would do so again in a heartbeat.
