Beautifully decorated newly renovated garden studio with private entrance, patio, and designated parking. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy drinks, bbq, or home cooked meals, while you explore the majestic red rocks, sights, and local hotspots of Sedona. Very clean spacious feel in a peaceful setting. You're on the ground floor. Owner lives upstairs and there's a sound proofed adjoining wall to another apartment in the back of the house. Make it your new home away from home!

Please turn the outside light next to the door after 10pm to observe Sedona's light and sound ordinance.
Use the remote on the mini split for the AC or heat. Adjust to your desired temperature. Turn it off when you go out for the day and upon departure.
Please take out the garbage at the end of your stay. The trash can is next to the shed to the far left of the property. Blue lid is recycling.

The studio is a great location for hiking West Sedona. It had everything you would need for a stay. The small kitchen was well equipped. The unit has a super quiet air conditioner for sleeping. Easy check-in process. Everything fit our needs perfectly!

Communication was great! The place very clean and well equipped. Nice neighborhood, with easy access to anywhere in the area.One recommended on the walkway would be to install solar lights or some kind of lighting for after dark. As the motion light does not come on quick enough.

Good place to stay as advertised. Pillows could be replaced. The blinds are not room darking so we woke up.at the crack of dawn but that was ok as we needed to get our day started.

Sedona Garden Studio

I really enjoyed my stay. The studio was comfortable, centrally located, and very well kept. I was in Sedona to do a few days of hiking, and this was a perfect spot. The owners live upstairs, but the studio has a separate entrance, and the owners respected my privacy. I would definitely stay again.

Just What We Were Looking For

We were booked on an all-day excursion to Antelope canyon on Saturday, so we were not going to spend much time in the room on Friday or Saturday night, and this was just what we were looking for in this instance - cozy, clean, quiet, conveniently located, and cost-effective.

Beautiful Sedona

The property is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and was perfect for our overnight stay. The owner was very responsive when there was an internet outage and took care of the situation very promptly and it was a lot of fun chatting with her and getting to know her a bit! Just what I needed for my weekend trip, very clean, comfy and relaxing. Stayed here to go to Slide Rock and it was only a 20 minute drive to get there. Host replies back fast and is helpful!
