Kitchen:
Equipped with the following items: basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. We also provide a spices, salt, and pepper. Other cooking essentials or supplies that are provided (at times, some condiments like ketchup, mayo, mustard. Foil, cling wrap, parchment paper, and zip lock bags as well).
House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent.
Please note that pool and gardening service may arrive before, during or after your stay. This service is to ensure higher quality vacations for you or upcoming guests.

Other things to note
Spa are maintained twice weekly. To maintain the Spa on the balcony maintenance does need access to the house once a week to maintain water balance. Maintenance will knock and ring first before entry.
The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Respect for our neighbors and neighborhood are the most important thing to us. Do not book this house if you plan to be loud and disrupt our neighbors.

*No tour buses, RVs, or commercial vehicles.

*Maximum number of guests is 14, this includes any day guests.
- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is a fee of $400 for both or $200 for either early check in or late check out.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All our Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a âcodeâ rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Provided only a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE SPA HEATED?
Please let your property manager know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like SPA heat added to your reservation.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer basic spices, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. If you do need a package please contact manager.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. The backyard is not fenced in. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.
Security Cameras: Exterior is monitored for security reasons only. Cameras only on front driveway.
