I requested an upstairs room on three occasions- initial booking, pre-check in and at check in. Was not given one so listened to loud footsteps. Property pictures show pretty Mountain Views. Our view was a parking lot behind the airport. We were charged twice for room and had to wait for it to be cleared up at check in. Room was very nice.

The staff was fabulous, very clean room. Housekeeping staff came in everyday and made bed, new towels, garbage dumped...not many hotels offer this service. Front desk crew always had freshly brewed coffee all night long, perfect for us early morning people. Grounds were beautifully kept. Views were amazing!!!

Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was very clean, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. I took a selfie on the balcony, and it literally looked like a picture frame—just beautiful.
