My family became very ill and had to cancel our reservation. Unfortunately I missed the deadline to cancel without being fully charged. We were at the emergency room and had little concern of vacation plans at the time. Customer service through Travelocity wasn’t able to help us and next time we will look into travel insurance. As far as the property goes, we have been several times before and it is absolutely beautiful. Property is clean and we have always felt safe. I wish we were able to credit our trip towards a future stay. This is one of our favorite places to stay in Sedona.
