Great house and amenities! Stayed for New Years and loved it. House has everything we needed and location was perfect.One little thing: I wish there was a TV on a main level somewhere. Otherwise, it was a great pleasant stay. Definitely recommend! We had 4 adults and bunch of kids and nobody was bored and plenty of room.

Overall, we had a great stay! The grounds were beautifully kept. There were plenty of outside chairs for the porch, firepit and lawn areas and a a nice assortment of play equipment for younger children and a cornhole set. There were plenty of games in the closet, and we appreciated the pack-n-play and high chair! The firepit looked great and would have been another gathering space, had it not rained!The hosts were extremely responsive and welcoming! The kitchen, dining room and bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and well-supplied! Our only note of warning is that the common spaces were a bit small for the 7 adults and 1 toddler. We normally watch a Halloween movie but didn't attempt it as the downstairs TV space would not have accommodated everyone and it was on the narrow side. The gaming space was literally just for playing the videos with a desk - no seating for those not playing. Maybe switching the games and the desk with the TV and couches so that more people could fit comfortably- but it's not my house, so just a thought. The upstairs common room had a pot bellied stove that took up a lot of space making it less inviting for group conversations. It was comfortable, and I imagine in good weather, we would not have been inside enough to feel cramped. The dining room table was a great place for games and family meals. One last item that I feel is common in many homes with laminate floors, those sleeping downstairs heard all footsteps made upstairs clearly.

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for our group — two families of four, one couple, and a single — and it fit us all comfortably. The layout gave everyone enough space to relax, and the backyard and pool were absolutely ideal. We ended up spending multiple days just hanging out at the house because it was so enjoyable. The basement with video games was a huge hit with both the kids and adults. At night, the sky was incredibly clear and dark — perfect for stargazing. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. We’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing!

We arrived to a spotless house and so much peace and quiet! Everyone was excited to get in the pool for a fun swim with games and laughter. The front porch was amazing for me. I have back issues and I was able to put pillows behind my back, put my feet up, enjoy a good book almost free of pain. The house was big enough that everyone could do their own thing and not get on each other's nerves. Two little issues: I care for my parents, so of course they came along. I should have asked if there was a walk in shower, but I didn't think about it. It was very difficult giving Mom a shower. I had my daughter help me and we were able to accomplish it with the use of a chair. The other issue was the horrible water smell while showering. Other than those 2 things, it was a perfect vacation! When I asked my grandchildren if they had a good time, they all shouted, "YES" They all want to go back next year. Thank you everyone!

Girls weekend!

We are just 6 woman from Ohio wanting to get away from our lives for the weekend. And we did just that. We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. It was a nice quiet out of the way house. Clean, equipped with everything we needed and then some. Patti and Richard lets got back with us in a timely manner to answer our questions. We will recommend this place to others and hope to be back in the future.

Private Little Get Away

What a great little farmhouse meets modern amenities!This cute little house tucked away on a private piece of property for ultimate peace and relaxation offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The house was very clean with lots of extra goodies like coffee pods for the coffee bar, a basket of snacks, bottled water and more. The upstairs was spacious and cutely decorated. The downstairs was very roomy, had lots of games for kids.The only drawback with the lower level was that it was quite a bit colder down there than the upstairs, maybe even 7-10 degrees cooler. We used portable heaters in the downstairs bedrooms to warm them up before retiring. Our family would definitely return to this house if we are ever back in the area!

The place to be

This place is wonderful. The hosts are so nice and accommodating, the property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. We came up for a weekend and although the weather wasn’t ideal, we had plenty to do at the house and close by. The cell service isn’t great in the area, but myself and 6 others were all able to connect to the WiFi with no connection issues or hiccups. All of the rooms are great, but my personal favorite was the Bills room. I would definitely come back again! Go Bills!

Fabulous house; Fabulous host

Our 3-generation family stayed in this wonderful, large, well-appointed house in mid-August, along with our 2 dogs. From before our stay started, Patti was communicative and extremely helpful - finding us a dog sitter, buying beach chairs when asked if she has some, and responding to all my questions, and in a very timely way! The house and property are even nicer than the photos - including the grounds and equipment - volleyball net w/ball, basketball hoop w/ball, hammock and the lovely pool and pool deck. The fire pit was perfect for making s'mores and even has lights so we could stay into the evening. The house had everything we needed - bedding, towels, kitchen items - and some bonuses like the Simpsons video game, and full laundry room. Our grandkids said it was the best vacation we ever had because of the house, the pool, the video games, and the property! Great house, great property, and great hosts, who left us a fabulous welcome package of snacks and a great bottle of wine!

The property was well hidden. The children were excited to use the pool morning,noon and night. They could make lots of noise and we didn’t care because the neighbors were so far away. It rained when we got there and when we left so that was unfortunate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property!

My family and I had a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful home! The house was perfect for our needs and in a great area with a lot of other fun things to do. Thank you for a lovely stay!
