Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-family home that has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our home is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing retreat with all the amenities.
As you walk in, you'll immediately notice the spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the area. The living room flows into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cooking essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals.
The dining room adjacent to the kitchen has a large table that can seat up to six guests, perfect for enjoying meals together. From the dining room, step outside onto the patio, where you can enjoy the outdoors and soak up the sun. The patio has a grill and outdoor seating, making it the perfect spot for a BBQ or to relax with a cup of coffee.
The home has three bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, shower and soaking tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The two additional bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Our home is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer and dryer. We also provide fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your convenience.

I prefer photo on front of the house and back of the house. Parking wise was not safe. The house is situated on avenue that cars come on both directions and is steady busy avenue. Only 2 cars can parked on the small driveway. I had people that I haven’t seen in years, came over to visit not to stay over night. The owner of the house had the audacity to reach out and not with a friendly tone demanding why so many cars on his property. Also, demanding to charge me extra 500. By 7:30 p.m. all my guest left the property. I call the owner of the house to let him know that only 6 people are staying, but NEVER pick up. I don’t see myself ever to stay here again!!!

Not at all like the listing. Furniture is worn. Pictures are old. The washer and dryer are downstairs. Opening the door to the basement gave me a headache. The smell is foul! There is no sheetrock all stripped. I didn't dare to go downstairs. Every cabinet you open smelled like mold. Linens are horrid we had a blanket we wrapped ourselves in that we used. All pillows, bed spread, towels all need replaced. Downstairs bedroom has no closet. no luggage racks. No hair dryer. one night stand. Not fit to rent. We recommend.

Great Place for Family and Beach

We were pleased with our stay! The living room was spacious for family interaction, the kitchen was well appointed. My kids loved getting a visit from the neighboring chickens each morning! We enjoyed a day at nearby Smith Point beach as well.

Great vacation rental

The property was just as described and looked like the pictures posted. The home was clean and well stocked. Perfect location - not far from the highways. Great communication with the owner. Will stay there again when visiting Long Island. My family enjoyed their stay. Thank you for hosting us!
