This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath is a walk up on the gulf side and is just steps from Crescent Beach. This unit comfortably sleeps 4, with a king bed in the master bedroom and 2 twins in the guest bedroom. The master bath features a tub/shower combination and the guest bathroom has a corner shower. The kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops, recessed lighting, along with a breakfast bar and a peek through window into the living area. The dining area has seating for 4 and flows into the living room that has plenty of comfortable couch seating. The open concept allows the living area to flow seamlessly into the lanai where you can enjoy an additional dinette and views on one of Peppertree's many ponds. This unit requires outdoor stairs for access and has an in-unit washer and dryer.
