Completely deceiving advertising. Website advertises "gem among Canmore hotels", "everything to make you feel at home", "perfect location"...etc. all very misleading. This hotel is right beside the trans Canada highway with cars roaring by day and night. The noise permeates right through the hotel ...
Nice room, was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded us to the kingsize bed because it was available. It was a little loud for the room on the backside being so close to the train tracks. Overall it was a great stay.
Great location, few min drive to the main street, and underground parking.
their lobby was a great place to relax or play games and had a beautiful view. They had wine & cheese every afternoon and coffee & tea in lobby everyday all day. only negative was that we paid extra for a view room and the view was blocked by a whole bunch of trees.
Very friendly check-in, great location near-by everything in Canmore, very clean with a super comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again.
This room was the smallest of our trip - but the NICEST! Everything seemed extremely clean and modern. Slight smell of smoke in the non smoking room. But, probably from someone standing outside. Best sleep of the trip.
located beside busy transcanda hwy and truck acess route just down the road from the Petrocan fuel station. Nice property although the one previous reviewer sounds like they may be an ower trying to sell more units, or perhaps part of the hotel team. I found the property to be clean, new and well ...
This hotel really suited our needs for the night we were there. The front desk staff very friendly and recommended a short in town hike for us to pass some time. The soaker tub was relaxing but too hot. The breakfast bar for us was perfect. We would stay again.
Staff was super friendly. Looks like there was a tub/bath renovation done to the room we were staying in, it wasn’t done well because it creaks and is noisy when you’re moving around in the shower/bath.
