It was very dirty and didn't look clean. The stand alone air conditioner was duct taped and the room was incredibly hot. We usually go every year and am very sad to see these huge changes in their standards of quality.

Decent for the price. We had a room that was half a suite, and the walls were very thin. I can’t speak for the rest of the hotel but our room was very noisy Restaurant was excellent.

Great room and view - just need thermostat.

Room and facilities were great. The only problem is that I could not get it to cool down to a reasonable temperature and the thermostat did not cool down the room below 23.5 even on cool setting

Well equipped condo style hotel

Nice condo style room with full kitchen. Living room with fireplace. Laundry in suite. Tub is very deep which makes it challenging for us seniors to get in and out of when using the shower. Bed is a bit harder than what we like. Lovely staff. Great underground parking.

Very weird lay out for rooms. Extremely dark and little lighting. Not the cleanest. Asked for a balcony room and received room with no balcony, when asked if we could get a room with a balcony we were told no and the hotel was not busy at all, there were a lot of empty rooms available. Will not stay here again.
