Property was fine - not brilliant - but fine. Reception staff were professional and helpful. Room cleaning, when requested, did a great job. Very little in the name of amenities. Lack luster lobby (a bit depressing if truth be told). Nevertheless a comfortable stay - no serious complaints. But expensive considering some of the negatives mentioned above.

It is a quaint hotel. The check in was easy. We were impressed with the family room. It was spacious. The bathroom and walk-in shower was huge except for the wash sink. There was no countertop to place your toiletries. It was just a sink. It looks very odd for a huge bathroom like that. I hope they will change that part. Otherwise, it is a good hotel.

The property was simple and spacious, they provided the basics, and walkable to downtown. Some staff were friendlier than others. Would have liked for there to have more hangers available in the closet, hooks in the bathroom, and more than 2 face towels. We also had to request for an ice bucket and our room to be serviced (on day 4), as we were staying for 8 days. Overall, great spot, would come back and would recommend.

Clean and neat but overpriced and underserved. Not even a bottle of water in the room and if you wanted one, it was $3.75. The coffee machine made one cup of coffee, but then made the second one that wasn’t hot. It’s not in a great location.
