PROS: the hotel is very clean, the room was nice with a loft bedroom and king size bed, the hotel location is convenient to restaurants and shopping, the pool was clean and the outdoor hot tub excellent, the price very reasonable at $125/night, free parking and wifi. CONS: The indoor pool was too cold to enjoy it, and the hot tub could have been a few degrees hotter. Parking spots are tight and numbers very limited for late arrivals.

Facility was clean and beds were comfortable. Felt bad for front desk person who worked until 11pm and again first thing the next morning. Unfortunately room was very hot and ac wouldnt cool it down. And a train goes by every couple hours - sooooo noisy. Plus sound from upstairs travelled a lot. Time for some serious soundproofing to gonwith the beautiful property

Booked a suite that said the romm has multiple beds, for 2 adults and 2 kids, there was an option for a king bed and a sofa bed that i did not want, when i arrived at the room i found out that it is a king and a sofa bed, spoke with reception just to find out that is the only option other than 2 queen bed reguler room, the room description should be adjusted. The other thing the train tracks run just behind the property, which was a nightmare for a light sleeper

We had a loft space and thus up and down for the bathroom. Clean. A bit spartan. No dishes etc in the kitchen area. They have an odd quirk of charging for room cards are not returned to the front desk. That was a first for me. OK place.

Positives first : 1. The view outside was amazing. 2. Coffee Machine in the lobby. 3. Kitchen counter was neat and tidy. Negatives : Which will be more. 1. Cleanliness was below average - dresser still had dust and the back of the tv had spider web hanging. 2. There was a big fly roaming around my room. 3. Bath tub got clogged and I had to fix that in the middle of the night. 4. They had a fire alarm went for almost 15 mins and had to wait in the cold weather as an inconvenience they had to offer something, they didn’t even acknowledge it. It was not at all worth for $830 for 3 night. Should have looked for better option. I would never booking hotel again.

We were very disappointed with our room, reviews stated how lovely things were. Our room was VERY dated. Wallpaper pealing, dirty carpet and even a hole in the bedding. At $400 a night this is not acceptable.
