We were very disappointed with our room, reviews stated how lovely things were. Our room was VERY dated. Wallpaper pealing, dirty carpet and even a hole in the bedding. At $400 a night this is not acceptable.

The room was exactly as described, 2 very comfortable beds with a functioning bathroom and sitting area with an additional tv, refrigerator and microwave. It didn’t blow me away, it’s an older property and shows signs of the wear it received over time. I just wish the costs reflected that. The team there was very helpful and the location of the hotel is very walkable to restaurants and downtown Canmore. The hot tub was a fantastic benefit after the long days of hiking.

The room was clean and the sitting area was nice and spacious. The parking was awful, every day when we got back all the spots were taken, so we had to park down the street.They definitely need additional parking. The restaraunt was fabulous, we had delicious breakfasts there. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
