This was my first time in Sint Maarten and Baker's Suite is in a perfect location in Sampson Bay. The beach is a few steps away, there's plenty of food options, and the staff was very pleasant. I'd highly recommend booking this hotel.

Rooms were very clean, housekeeping attentive, great location with easy walks to all restaurants & bars! Although there is no pool the lovely beach is simply across the road, taking about 1 minute to walk!

Great location near beach and restaurants. The rooms on the 3rd floor open to a large terrace, each with their own chairs and table. Views of the ocean are limited due to shrubbery growth. Beds are comfortable, towels were thin. Staff friendly and helpful and although they couldn't provide a later check out to accommodate our later flight, they happily stored our luggage in their office.

The room was very clean, the service helpful. Our room with partial sea view was spacious, but we looked out on houses and trees - no sea view in room 201. The images gave the impression of in-house breakfast - this is not the case.

Great location and wonderful, helpful staff. Two good restaurants within a minute's walk, easy beach access to lovely, clean Simpson Bay. Bus route to town (tickets $1.50-2.00) and around island just a 5 minute walk. Couldn't have been better.

Bakers is a cute boutique hotel. It’s in a very convenient location in Simpson Bay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. My only issue is that there weren’t screens on the doors and as a result, it was a constant battle with mosquitoes in our room.

My wife and I had an awesome time in St. Maarten and much of that is due to the awesome staff at Baker’s Suite. Specifically Latoya at the front desk was incredibly helpful from recommending local restaurants to coordinating taxis that take cash or card when we were in a bind. The room was also spotless and very nice with a lot of space - we are thankful for Jocelyn who ensured the room was in great condition each day. Overall, we had a great experience!
