Love the property. Tiki Bar is always great, as well as the pool. the ocean access is nice, not too far a walk for those that have a hard time walking in sand. a few small things could use fixing. such as ice machines in hall. But that would not keep me from coming back.

Wonderful Spring Break!

Visiting Singer Island is a must! Especially since this property has a very “homelike” feel. The staff at the property are very kind & helpful. They have beautiful grills, good on-site cafe for food & drinks along with activities by the pool. Bill was most helpful with providing local restaurant suggestions and activities. The beach staff were also the best with umbrellas & chair rentals. This was our first visit & won’t be the last. So very happy to find this gem & have an owner that helped add those details to make it the best!

Nice Getaway for us!

Would stay again! We had partial view of ocean. We usually always rent ocean view and didn’t have ability to know which view this room was until checking in so that is my only complaint. Clean facilities. Everyone was very helpful at resort. Condo owner had great communication with us. Would recommend!

Can't beat this location

Being right on the beach on Singer Island, this property is ideally located for avid beach-lovers like us, but also very convenient to surrounding places of interest. The area surrounding the resort is very walkable, with parks, shopping and dining opportunities within an easy walk.

Beware... Time Share

This is a time share property which was not disclosed in the description. Heavy pressure to sit through a time share presentation. As a guest and not owner, they stuck us in a room (637) with sliding glass door we couldn't see out of and next to a lady who refused to turn down her TV despite 3 complaints. We coud not use the living room due to the noise and were awakened before 7 am with Fox News at 20 decibels. Finally after 3 days we were moved to a nicer room (404) and rest of week was nice

What a view!!

We really loved staying in this condo. The location was perfect and convenient, close to restaurants and cafes. The view is amazing - the sunrise over the ocean is beautiful! All of the pre-arrival communication was friendly and clear. Move-in was a breeze. The condo was clean and well appointed. The WiFi is tricky if you're trying to work from "home" but fine for streaming Netflix. Did I mention the view? Would love to stay here again!

Great Condo and clise to beach!!

Weekend get away and we had a great time. The location of the property was great - close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Staff at Palm Shores very friendly and accommodating! Super easy schedling and great communication with the owner. No issues at all. It would ve bice to have more than 1 packet of regular coffee!!! Thanks for a great little vacation :)

Honeymoon stay

My husband and I decided to stay here for our honeymoon and it was a great choice! The only thing we were disappointed in was that there isn't an oven in the kitchen and that the listing said checkout was at 11:00AM when it was at 10:00AM - we had housekeeping come into our room at 9:30AM while we were still sleeping... We really did enjoy our stay though, it's a great area, a great private beach, and the pool was very relaxing!

Loved staying here

Great place to go stay for a beach resort feel while also having the space of a suite with a full kitchen, bathroom, living area, balcony, and bedroom! Would totally come stay here again.
