Newly Remodeled 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Apartment with family room & full kitchen as well as front patio table & chairs to enjoy the ocean breeze from your place.
Bedroom has new Queen bed and comfortable pillow top mattress. Fresh white 500 count linen with mattress pad and pillow covers.

Family room with new 50" Flat Screen TV and comfy leather love seat couch and arm chair. Dining table for you and your guest to enjoy home cooked meals in your new modern kitchen! Fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, toaster and keurig coffee maker. Blender available upon request. Small furry friends under 50 lbs are welcomed for an additional fee of $40 per pet per night. Blow dryer, Iron and Ironing board available upon request. All white linens and towels provided. Cleaning service is available for an additional cost of $150. A one time cleaning fee is required.

Cozy 1BR, Great Location
This place is in a great location - walk to the beach, gym, restaurants and bars in minutes. The neighborhood has such a cute vibe. Sophia was very responsive and quickly answered all of my questions. The 1BR itself is clean, cute and cozy and for 1 or 2 people, my husband and I stayed here and it was the perfect size for us. I appreciated that there were beach chairs and an umbrella that we could bring to the beach. The kitchen has all the basic essentials for us to make breakfast/lunches. Two coffee pods are provided, so bring more if you're a coffee drinker. If we are ever in the area again, will definitely want to rent this VRBO again!

Place was clean and nicely decorated. It was very small, but comfortable. Missed having a washer and dryer, a toaster and more pots and pans. Great location to beach and restaurants.

Comfortable place with great location
The place was very clean and comfortable, slept great in the bed. The location was perfect., five minute walk to beach. Also 5 minute walk to the bridge which is great place to snorkel. The water is very clear we had 20-25 feet visibility with loads of fish. There are also many restaurants 2-3 minute walk. There is small grocery store across the street also which was handy. Great stay all around.
